litigating a case, negotiating a settlement, structuring a
transaction or giving advice regarding risk avoidance, clients
expect us to achieve the best possible results. We work
diligently and ethically to produce those results.
Individual
Relationships. Our clients deserve, and we deliver,
the utmost in professionalism. We also strive to understand
our clients as individuals. Whenever feasible, we meet with
clients – as well as with experts and witnesses – face to
face. We have found that this leads to more open
communication, and it promotes trust and confidence between
lawyer and client.

Collaborative Approach. We recognize that each
client is an expert in his or her industry and on the facts of
the case. We are experts on the law and on applying the law to
the facts. It is through a close collaboration with clients
– a joining of our knowledge and skills and a willingness to
learn from each other – that optimal results can be
achieved. This collaboration also takes place on an in-house
basis. There is no hesitancy on the part of our lawyers to
consult with other attorneys in the firm or other ALFA
International lawyers who have particular areas of expertise
– thereby providing the client with a legal advantage and an
economic benefit.

focus and the trust developed, our clients often call us
first, as soon as a problem occurs or an opportunity arises.
