Regulatory Investigations

RCDM's administrative law group also represents businesses and individuals who are under investigation or are the subject of enforcement proceedings initiated by professional governing bodies; governmental agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Arizona Corporation Commission Securities Division, and the Arizona Department of Insurance; and self-regulatory organizations such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the New York Stock Exchange.
