experienced in defending and prosecuting appeals. We serve as
appellate counsel in connection with the firm's own appeals,
as well as in cases referred from outside the firm. We have
been involved in a number of appellate decisions which focused
on issues of first impression and which have had a significant
impact on Arizona law.
